1. Firearms, Fireworks are not permitted at any time. Fires in approved pits only.

2. Do not allow your children to collect or move toads or turtles. All snakes are to be respected and allowed to pass without being mistreated. They are vital to our ecosystem and are stressed with handling or moving.

3. Pets allowed if well behaved/socialized. Must have updated Bordetella and Rabies vaccines. Please pick up any dog poop you see and dispose of in waste bin at your campsite.

4. PLEASE drive 10mph on Flinchum Lane. Other vehicles, dogs, deer, turtles, turkey, snake, tractor, side by side, or pedestrians may be encountered.

5. Please take care of waste bags by tying securely, placing into appropriate receptacles. Rustic toilet use instructions posted in toileting areas on each site.

6. All Guests must sign Waiver of Liability on reservations, citing they are aware of the risks associated with camping, hiking, swimming, and any activity they or their children may participate in while staying at Carl's Campsites

7. Quiet time between 9pm - 7am. Be respectful of other campers' need for rest and enjoyment of the night noises of nature.

8. No ATVs permitted.

9. Leave no trace, which includes anything Mother Nature did not place in area. 4. NO defecation in or on property/land permitted. This is a violation of ordinance we must comply with.

10. Please do not allow trash to blow onto campground property. Anything you leave behind, I have to pick up and I am old. Have Mercy - be responsible.

11. Quiet hours are 9pm to 7am. Please be mindful of your actions and how they may affect other campers, ie: loud music, yelling, etc. We understand that dogs bark, but nighttime barking is discouraged. Also, NO howling at the full moon! LOL

12. Anyone breaking the rules or causing a disturbance will be removed from the property and not permitted to return.
